Francesca has wide experience in contentious insurance and reinsurance matters including advising on policy coverage issues for London market insurers and reinsurers.  She also has experience in commercial litigation, mediation, and national and international arbitrations. 

Francesca also specialises in professional indemnity claims.  She has advised on claims against solicitors, accountants, surveyors, geotechnical consultants, project managers and pension managers for their negligent advice.   Francesca has also advised quasi-legal advisory bodies such as advice centres, in relation to disputes involving their negligent handling of employment and benefits claims.
