David is a coverage and dispute resolution practitioner with considerable experience across a broad spectrum of national and international insurance, reinsurance and construction work. He specialises in property, construction, business interruption, professional indemnity (architects, engineers and brokers) and product liability. Over the years David has been involved in a number of significant and high profile matters, including advising on the Hatfield and Selby train derailments, representing the architects in the Panatown litigation and acting for Sainsbury, Marks & Spencer and The City of London following major property losses.

David has lectured on insurance and reinsurance issues, and has conducted mediations and adjudications on behalf of clients. He also advises on policy drafting.
