Warren Collins, Partner has over  15 years experience of handling catastrophic personal injury and fatal accident litigation. He is a member of, and assessor for, the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and has recently been appointed by the Law Society to draft professional standards to be followed in PI cases. Warren has expertise in spinal cord injury work and is national co-ordinator to the Spinal Cord Injury Special Interest Group of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as well as being a panel solicitor for the Spinal Injury Association.  He is also Secretary of the International Practice section to the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America).  His expertise is independently recognised by his entries as a leader in his field in both 'The Legal 500' and 'Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession'.

Warren is involved in personal injury litigation throughout the world and has conducted claims across Europe, Asia, the Far East, Australia, the Caribbean and especially the USA. Warren is a member of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) and the American Association for Justice (ATLA).

Warren writes, lectures and broadcasts regularly to the legal, medical and insurance professions. Notably, he has spoken jointly with the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) at the annual conference of the Personal Injury Bar Association.
