Reena has experience in property investment, development and portfolio management work.  She acts in both the mixed use and commercial sector on acquisitions, refurbishments, developments and disposals of shopping centres, industrial estates, retail parks and offices for a number of investors and developers. She also acts for occupiers taking leases of office space.

Reena's considerable management experience means she understands the need for careful asset management and a commercial pro-active approach and the importance of maintaining good tenant relations.

Reena advised a consortium of Irish Investors on the property aspects in relation to their acquisition of the Whitgift Shopping Centre, Croydon. She continues to act on the asset management of the Centre.   Her clients include Terrace Hill, Howard Holdings, Yougov plc, Wall Street Systems Corporation Inc and Whitgift Trust.
