Chris has experience in a variety of residential, commercial and retail development projects.  

He acts for a number of major house builders on complex regeneration projects and has been involved in a number of innovating projects, such as the Oakgrove Millennium Community Scheme in Milton Keynes, and a number of zero carbon developments.   He also acts for commercial developers on office and retail developments.

Chris has particular expertise with mixed use projects and joint ventures and is regarded as one of the leading experts on commonhold.  

Recently Chris has been advising developers on the setting up ESCOs and the provision of renewable energy.

Chris is the Home Builders Federation representative on the commonhold consultative working group and is a member of the British Property Federation residential management committee.
