Steven has a broad land law background ranging from residential to commercial landlord and tenant work and extensive unregistered land transactions and now specialises in residential and mixed use developments.  

Steven has acted for a number of national and city based developers and regional development agencies and has experience of strategic land issues, including land assemblies, Crichel Down and common registration issues, option and overage agreements, co-operation and collaboration agreements together with development and social housing golden brick schemes.
