John is a partner in the firm's Real Estate department and heads our St Albans office in Hertfordshire. He deals with all aspects of commercial and residential property and has particular specialisation in the areas of landlord and tenant and secured lending.

John has acted for PHS Group on all property issues for Stock Market float in 2004 and advised LTC Residential on various portfolio acquisitions, several lending institutions on both commercial and residential facilities and Faber Maunsell on a number of recent office acquisitions.
