Richard is experienced in dealing with enfranchisement claims dealing both with the acquisition of freehold blocks of flats for tenants collectively and acting for landlords and tenants in the grant of extended leases.

He deals with all aspects of commercial property matters including acting for landlords and tenants in the grant and taking of leases, assignments of leases to include the administration of property portfolios and associated matters.
