Carol is experienced in commercial real estate investment and management including retail, office, leisure and industrial.

She has been involved in numerous portfolio sale, purchase and finance transactions and has dealt with all aspects of Landlord and Tenant matters acting for both Landlords and Tenants. 

Carol also has experience of property finance and residential development and has acted on a number of transactions involving social housing.
