Eleanor’s recent commercial property experience includes:

Acting for the owner of several shopping centres with particular responsibility for the asset management and redevelopment of one of their shopping centres in the North West

Acting for a property investment company who mainly invest in high street retail units

Acting for the owner of a private estate in Surrey

Acting for various tenants in the acquisition of office space

Eleanor studied Politics Philosophy and Economics at Balliol College, Oxford graduating with a 2:1 before converting to law at the College of Law.  She trained and qualified at KSB Law in September 2005.
