Anthea joined the Real Estate Disputes team at Davies Arnold Cooper in September 2007.

She advises both residential and commercial landlord and tenant clients and specialising in landlord and tenant disputes.

Anthea advises commercial clients on a variety of occupier issues including lease renewals (both opposed and unopposed), service charge disputes, breach of covenant, break options, rent reviews and dilapidations claims.

In addition, Anthea has experience of residential matters including possession proceedings, advising on assured shorthold tenancies and licences to occupy, adverse possession claims and, service charge disputes in a residential context.

Anthea is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
