Mark works in the Property Litigation department.  Mark’s specialist areas are commercial and residential landlord and tenant. He has extensive experience of working for local authorities and registered social landlords in property related litigation, including rent recovery and possessions.

Mark works with the Property Litigation team acting on behalf of   the owner of several large shopping centres in a number of matters involving rent and service charge recovery.  He has particular expertise in dealing with debt collection, and  bankruptcy.

Mark provided invaluable support and backup in the landmark case for Redevco involving the former C&A store at Oxford Circus. 

He acts for various landlord and tenant clients in all aspects of property litigation disputes.
