Colin joined Davies Arnold Cooper after 25 years in local government. He is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has considerable experience of local and regional government practice in the delivery of the planning service. Since joining Davies Arnold Cooper he has acted for a number of major house builders on planning applications for mixed use and residential development. Colin also has experience in the drafting and negotiation of planning agreements.
