Simon has broad transactional experience in corporate finance. He has 20 years of experience advising in relation to M&A, particularly cross-border, investment and private equity transactions for institutions, investees and management. He has worked on stock exchange listings and capital markets transactions.

He has significant experience in relation to UK and international joint ventures for property, development and hotel ventures and has also acted for both lenders and borrowers on numerous banking transactions, in particular leveraged buy-outs. He provides commercial advice on most areas to UK and international companies.
