Barbara is experienced in all aspects of property investment, development and management work.  She has acted on the acquisition, funding, development and refurbishment of town centre shopping centres, leisure schemes, industrial estates, retail parks, residential estates and city office blocks for property companies, institutions and public authorities.  She acts for both landlords and tenants on the grant of leases and enjoys actively managing property portfolios and solving day to day problems.

Barbara is a frequent contributor to the property and legal press.  She is an advocate of "plain English" and is keen to keep legal documents as short and concise as possible.
