Andrew is the Real Estate group's knowledge partner responsible for technical training and know-how.  He drafts the group's standard forms and precedents and bespoke transactional documentation, as well as providing a trouble-shooting role on transactional matters.  Andrew has implemented various IT related and other initiatives to assist the group in achieving best practice standards. He is also a member of the Association of Property Support Lawyers.

Andrew has dealt with all aspects of commercial real estate, specialising in development, business landlord and tenant, portfolio and investment sales and acquisitions, as well as the real estate aspects of corporate transactions and stamp duty land tax.

Recent transactions include project-managing the real estate aspects arising from the sale of the entire issued share capital in Crest Nicholson Plc and the forward sale off-plan to an investor of 167 apartments and commercial areas to be developed in a former university office building.

At his last firm, Andrew wrote the certificate of title to the old Wembley Stadium in connection with financing the development of the new national stadium.
