Ken is an experienced senior real estate lawyer. He deals with all aspects of property litigation and landlord and tenant work (commercial and residential).

He is highly experienced in conducting litigation for both Landlords and tenants in the retail industry and licensed trade. Ken has also had extensive  involvement in local authority property related litigation, including redevelopment, regeneration and compulsory purchase issues.

Ken specialises in acting for developers in the delivery of vacant possession of development sites and has recently, been involved upon 2 large re-development schemes, the King's Cross re-development acting for DHL and Bolton Market Hall acting for Warner Estate Holdings. Currently, he is also instructed in relation to re-development issues at Smithfield Market London and is advising EDF upon various potential development sites.
