Stuart has extensive experience in wide-ranging, high-level commercial property transactions.   His specialist area is commercial property, in particular large acquisitions (disposals for EDF Energy Plc and its group companies) together with all associated property issues related to major infrastructure utility work and sales of part.

He was formerly a partner of Lawfords and the in-house property lawyer at London Electricity plc (now EDF Energy plc). He first worked as a solicitor at Nabarro Nathanson where he qualified in 1982.
