Helen Meyler joined Davies Arnold Cooper in May 2008.

 

Helen is a high-profile real estate lawyer and well known within the industry, formerly holding the position of head of real estate at law firm Campbell Hooper. She has a wealth of experience in commercial and residential development, including regeneration and mixed-use schemes, acting for and with both the private and public sectors.

 

Helen's recent projects include English Partnership’s London Wide Initiative, providing over 1,000 affordable homes across London, where she was representing Countryside, and a 750 unit scheme at Ebbsfleet in the Thames Gateway, a joint venture between Land Securities and Countryside.  Helen has also recently acted on behalf of Rushmore Borough Council on a mixed-use development.

 

Helen is a regular commentator on issues facing the industry, including writing articles and delivering speeches at industry events.
