Robert Lee is Head of the Real Estate Group at Davies Arnold Cooper.  Having worked in the development sector for 24 years he now specialises in the regeneration field with a particular emphasis on the housebuilding sector. Robert has advised a number of clients on significant site acquisitions, and mixed use redevelopments and is involved in the drafting of complex development and collaboration agreements.  In addition Robert has acted for a number of developers in the negotiation of  development agreements with English Partnerships and he is consequently well versed in the evolving government agenda for development contained in such agreements.

Robert has written and lectured on aspects relating to land development, most recently in respect of the effect of the current economic environment upon the development of public sector land.

Roberts interests outside real estate extend from Egyptology to surfing.
