Nathan is a partner in the firm's employment department.  He advises on the full range of employment and industrial relations law issues, including all aspects of discrimination law.

Nathan's principal focus is in developing and maintaining good employment relations through assisting employers at all stages of the employment relationship from recruitment, performance monitoring and termination procedures. 

Through undertaking High Net Worth insurance referral work, he has considerable experience on the following: all aspects of unfair dismissal; redundancy; disciplinary issues; equal pay; TUPE; breach of contract; public interest disclosures; and discrimination law.

Nathan also has significant experience advising and assisting High Net Worth individuals and organisations located in the City, and concerning issues of FSA Regulations and Anglo-American employment law.

He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
