Ross is a litigator with extensive professional liability experience including defending claims against accountants, surveyors, architects, insurance brokers, solicitors and his particular speciality barristers.  He also has significant experience in bringing claims against solicitors and accountants on behalf of claimants.  Ross represented a Consultant Psychiatrist in the defence of the first ever claim for a non-party costs award against an expert witness.
