David specialises in company/commercial law including M&A and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate/commercial, insolvency and financial work, including multi million pound mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations. He also advises on a wide range of commercial disputes and has over the years provided advice to directors, insolvency practitioners, investors, banks and other lenders.

Since qualifying in 1983, David has practised as a commercial lawyer, acting for many household name clients.
