Simon trained and qualified at Macfarlanes from 2000 and joined Davies Arnold Cooper in 2004.

His practice consists of a broad mix of general corporate and finance work, advising both UK and international clients on a full range of domestic and cross-border transactions.  He has particular experience in M&A and private equity transactions.  Simon has also been involved in establishing a number of joint ventures for property, development and corporate clients.

Simon also has experience in advising both banks and borrowers in connection with corporate finance and property development loans.
