Chris has experience in a variety of residential, commercial and retail development projects.   He acts for a number of major house builders on complex regeneration projects and has been involved in a number of innovating projects, such as the Oakgrove Millennium Community Scheme in Milton Keynes, and Design for Manufacture projects.

Chris has particular expertise with mixed use projects and is regarded as one of the leading experts on commonhold.   He is the author of 'A Practical Guide to Commonhold', published by Legalease and wrote the commonhold chapter for the Conveyancing Handbook published by the Law Society.   He has also been commissioned to write the commonhold division for the Butterworths Property Law Service.

Chris is the Home Builders Federation representative on the commonhold consultative working group and is a member of the British Property Federation residential management committee.
