Tim deals with planning applications, appeals and inquiries on a wide variety of development schemes, predominantly large scale mixed use developments.  He also has particular expertise in environmental issues affecting the development of land, compulsory purchase and compensation matters and has extensive experience of negotiating and concluding planning, highways and related agreements.

Tim's clients vary from listed house builders and developers to landowners and local authorities.

He has previously worked for Greater London local authorities, was called to the Bar in 1990 and subsequently dual qualified as a solicitor.  He is recommended in the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession for his environmental expertise.
