Anthony is a consultant in the firm's corporate department.  He specialises in all aspects of corporate work including: takeovers; business sales; joint ventures; corporate reorganisations; corporate finance; and insolvency and partnership.

Anthony’s commercial specialities include: agency and distribution agreements; drafting receivables documentation; intellectual property; information technology; data protection; aviation; outsourcing agreements; competition; construction and the travel industry.

He also advises on outsourcing agreements relating to Customer Relations Management function for international banks; private equity finance on behalf of a European fund; Competition Act matters including Office of Fair Trading and European Commission investigations; and successfully advising on resisting claims by easyGroup in respect of domain names and trademarks.
