Robert Lee is Head of the Real Estate Group at Davies Arnold Cooper.  He has worked in the development sector for some 24 years and now specialises in the house building field. Robert has experience of advising on a number of significant site acquisitions, and mixed use redevelopments and is involved in the drafting of development agreements accomodating sustainability issues.

He also regularly advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of complex option agreements, conditional contracts, overage arrangements and consortium agreements.

Robert has written and lectured on aspects relating to land development  most recently in respect of the effect of the current economic environment upon the development of public sector land..
