Philip has a wide-ranging practice dealing with complex commercial disputes, including advice on issues relating to commercial contracts, joint ventures, partnerships and professional negligence, as well as disputes in the retail sector.  He is experienced in the tracing and recovery of assets in commercial fraud cases and in obtaining orders for ancillary relief, including asset freezing injunctions and search and seizure orders.

Philip has also developed a specialist practice in the field of art law and regularly advises art and antiques dealers, galleries and collectors of art on a wide range of legal issues arising from dealing in, collecting and owning artwork.
