Justin joined Davies Arnold Cooper in September 2007.  He provides advice on all aspects of employment law to employers and individuals. Justin has acted for both junior and senior employees across a range of sectors, including the finance, leisure, retail and charity industries.

His experience includes contentious work such as unfair and constructive dismissal claims, discrimination and whistle blowing claims. On the non-contentious side he has advised clients on the preparation and implementation of employment contracts, staff handbooks and policies and the effects of TUPE.  

Justin speaks fluent Spanish and before becoming a lawyer worked in London, Madrid and Mexico for an international magazine publisher.

Justin is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
