Ken is an experienced senior real estate lawyer. He deals with all aspects of property litigation and landlord and tenant work (commercial and residential) including: forfeiture; Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals; dilapidation claims; possession; unreasonable refusal of licences; enfranchisement and lease extensions; repairs; section 20 notices and improvements; and trespass and distress. He has been involved in local authority property related litigation, including redevelopment and compulsory purchase issues, local land charges and commercial property disputes.

He is experienced in conducting litigation for both the retail industry and licensed trade. He acts in general commercial disputes with property-related issues and intellectual property disputes.

Ken has defended trading standard prosecutions and acted in compliance actions such as hearings before the Office of Fair Trading and professional disciplinary bodies.
